1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with JFT1 LTD (“JFT1”, “Just Fly Travel”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By making a booking with JFT1 LTD, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons included within the booking.

The person making the booking warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travellers named on the booking.

2. Our Business Model

JFT1 LTD operates as an undisclosed agent and contracts directly with customers for the travel services purchased.

JFT1 LTD offers flight-only bookings and accommodation-only bookings.

JFT1 LTD does not sell package holidays, linked travel arrangements, airport transfers, car hire, attractions, excursions or travel insurance.

Bookings are made by telephone or email with authorised representatives of JFT1 LTD.

3. Separate Travel Services

Flights and accommodation are offered and sold as separate travel services.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by JFT1 LTD in writing, each booking constitutes a separate contract relating solely to the specific travel service purchased.

The purchase of a flight does not include accommodation.

The purchase of accommodation does not include flights, transportation or any other travel service.

Where a customer purchases more than one travel service from JFT1 LTD, each booking shall remain separate unless JFT1 LTD specifically confirms in writing that the services form a single travel arrangement.

4. No Package Holiday

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, bookings sold by JFT1 LTD are not sold as package holidays.

Customers should not assume that separate travel services booked through JFT1 LTD form a package travel arrangement solely because they relate to the same destination, holiday or period of travel.

Each travel service is separately priced and separately contracted.

Any accommodation booking is priced independently from any flight booking and does not form part of the same travel contract unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

5. Bookings and Contract Formation

A booking is made when the customer accepts the quoted travel arrangements, full payment is received by JFT1 LTD and JFT1 LTD issues booking confirmation.

Upon issue of the booking confirmation, a legally binding contract comes into existence between the customer and JFT1 LTD.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

6. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment may be made by bank transfer to JFT1 LTD or by payment link issued by JFT1 LTD through Stripe or another authorised payment processing provider.

Failure to make payment when due may result in cancellation of the booking.

7. Booking Confirmations and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must carefully review all booking confirmations, itineraries, travel documents and tickets immediately upon receipt.

Customers must carefully check all booking documentation immediately upon receipt and notify JFT1 LTD of any error, discrepancy, omission or incorrect information no later than 20:00 hours (UK time) on the day of receipt of the booking documentation. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or charges for which the customer shall be responsible.

This requirement includes, but is not limited to, passenger names, dates of travel, destinations, flight details, accommodation details and any passport information supplied during the booking process.

Failure to notify JFT1 LTD within the stated period may result in amendment charges, supplier fees or the inability to correct errors.

JFT1 LTD shall not be liable for any losses, expenses or damages arising from a customer’s failure to review and verify booking documentation promptly.

8. Flight Tickets

Flight tickets are normally issued following receipt of full payment and confirmation of the booking.

Once tickets have been issued, they may be subject to airline fare rules which may restrict or prohibit amendments, cancellations or refunds.

Customers acknowledge that flight bookings may be subject to conditions imposed by airlines that are outside the control of JFT1 LTD.

9. Amendments and Customer Cancellations

All bookings are non-changeable unless otherwise confirmed in writing by JFT1 LTD in the booking confirmation.

Where amendments are permitted, any supplier charges, airline fees and any increase in fare, accommodation costs, taxes or other charges shall be payable by the customer.

Where amendments are permitted, JFT1 LTD will charge an Administration Fee of £150 per passenger for flight amendments and £150 per hotel booking for accommodation amendments.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to admin@justflytravel.co.uk and will not take effect until received by JFT1 LTD.

Flight-only bookings are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

Accommodation-only bookings are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

If a customer cancels their booking, the supplier may apply cancellation or amendment charges in accordance with its booking conditions, which may amount to 100% of the total cost of the travel arrangements. In such circumstances, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Where a cancellation is permitted, any refund shall be limited to the amount recoverable from the relevant supplier.

JFT1 LTD will charge an Administration Fee of £150 per passenger for flight cancellations and £150 per hotel booking for accommodation cancellations.

10. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers

Airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers may make changes or cancellations to bookings after confirmation.

Where an airline cancels a flight, JFT1 LTD will offer the customer any alternative flight arrangement or refund made available by the airline or relevant supplier.

Where an accommodation provider is unable to honour a confirmed booking, JFT1 LTD will seek to provide alternative accommodation or a full refund where available from the supplier.

JFT1 LTD shall not charge administration fees in respect of supplier cancellations requiring a refund or alternative arrangement.

Refunds will only be made to the extent funds are received or authorised by the relevant supplier unless otherwise required by law.

11. Flight Schedule Changes

Airlines may change flight schedules before departure and after booking confirmation.

Flight timings shown at the time of booking are not guaranteed and remain subject to change by the airline.

JFT1 LTD will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of significant schedule changes notified to JFT1 LTD by the airline. However, customers remain responsible for monitoring their booking, checking airline notifications and verifying flight times directly with the airline prior to travel.

Customers should check their flight times and flight status at least 48 to 72 hours before departure and again prior to commencing travel.

Customers are responsible for completing any required online check-in and complying with all airline check-in deadlines.

JFT1 LTD shall not be liable for losses arising from flight schedule changes made by the airline, or from a customer’s failure to monitor schedule changes, review airline communications, verify flight times or complete airline check-in requirements.

12. Airline Operations

JFT1 LTD shall not be responsible for flight delays, missed connections, denied boarding, airline cancellations, airline overbooking, involuntary downgrades, baggage delays, baggage loss, changes of operating carrier, schedule changes or other operational decisions made by airlines, airports, air traffic control authorities or government authorities.

Airlines occasionally overbook flights and may, in certain circumstances, deny boarding to passengers or downgrade passengers to a lower class of travel than originally booked and in these circumstances JFT1 LTD shall not be responsible.

JFT1 LTD arranges travel services through third-party airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers and has no control over airline boarding decisions, seat allocations, cabin availability, aircraft substitutions, schedule changes or other operational decisions made by airlines.

Where a passenger is denied boarding, involuntarily downgraded, experiences a flight delay, cancellation, missed connection or any other operational disruption caused by an airline, any rights to compensation, reimbursement, refunds, re-routing, care or assistance shall, unless otherwise required by law, be a matter between the passenger and the airline concerned. The passenger should contact the airline directly to pursue any such claim.

JFT1 LTD shall not be liable for any loss, expense, inconvenience, consequential loss, indirect loss or additional costs arising from denied boarding, overbooking, involuntary downgrades or other airline operational decisions, except where such loss arises directly from an error made by JFT1 LTD in processing the booking.

Any compensation, reimbursement or assistance available in relation to such matters shall be provided by the relevant airline in accordance with applicable law.

JFT1 LTD may, at its sole discretion, assist customers in communicating with airlines regarding operational disruptions but accepts no liability for the outcome of any claim, request or dispute.

13. Operating Air Carrier

The airline operating a flight may differ from the airline identified at the time of booking.

Details of the operating carrier will be provided as soon as reasonably practicable following notification from the airline or supplier.

JFT1 LTD has no control over changes to operating airlines.

14. Financial Protection and ATOL

JFT1 LTD does not hold its own Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (“ATOL”).

Where an ATOL Certificate is issued, financial protection applies only to the extent specified on that ATOL Certificate.

Customers acknowledge that any ATOL protection is provided through the applicable ATOL arrangements associated with the booking. The scope, value and extent of the protection available are determined solely by the ATOL Certificate issued in respect of the booking. Customers should read the ATOL Certificate carefully as it forms part of the booking documentation.

Any financial protection applicable to a booking may not cover the entirety of the amount paid by the customer to JFT1 LTD.

The level of protection available shall be limited to the protection expressly stated within the applicable ATOL Certificate or other protection arrangements.

No financial protection exists beyond that expressly stated within the applicable ATOL Certificate or as otherwise required by law.

Customers are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance, including supplier failure cover.

15. Accommodation Bookings and Financial Protection

Accommodation-only bookings are not protected by the ATOL scheme.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, accommodation-only bookings do not benefit from any statutory financial protection scheme.

Customers are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance, including supplier failure cover.

16. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all travellers possess valid passports, visas, entry permits, transit permissions, health documentation and any other travel documents required for their journey.

Requirements may change at short notice.

Customers should check all requirements with the relevant government authorities prior to booking and again prior to departure.

JFT1 LTD accepts no responsibility for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation or associated losses arising from inadequate travel documentation.

17. Health Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all vaccination, testing, health and medical requirements applicable to their destination and any transit points.

Customers should obtain appropriate medical advice before travelling.

JFT1 LTD accepts no responsibility for losses arising from failure to comply with health requirements.

18. Travel Insurance

JFT1 LTD strongly recommends that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance immediately following booking confirmation.

Travel insurance should include cover for medical expenses, cancellation, curtailment, travel disruption, baggage, personal liability and supplier failure where available.

JFT1 LTD shall not be responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by travel insurance.

19. Force Majeure

JFT1 LTD shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, disruption, failure to perform, alteration, loss, expense or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances include adverse weather, flood, fire, earthquake, volcano eruptions, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, disease outbreak, government action, changes in law, war, threat of war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, airport closure, air traffic control restrictions, transportation disruption, supplier insolvency or other extraordinary circumstances.

In such circumstances, JFT1 LTD shall be entitled to rely upon, pass through and apply any remedies, refunds, compensation, credits, rebooking options, policies and conditions offered by suppliers. JFT1 LTD shall have no greater liability to the customer than the recovery obtained from the relevant supplier.

20. Fraud Prevention

JFT1 LTD reserves the right to undertake identity verification, payment verification and fraud prevention checks at any stage of the booking process.

Where JFT1 LTD reasonably suspects fraud, identity theft, unauthorised payment card use, money laundering, sanctions breaches or other unlawful activity, JFT1 LTD may refuse, suspend or cancel a booking pending satisfactory verification.

Customers may be required to provide proof of identity, address and payment card ownership.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation of the booking.

21. Data Protection

JFT1 LTD processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information may be collected and processed for purposes including booking administration, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations and provision of travel services.

Information may be shared where necessary with airlines, accommodation providers, payment processors, regulators and service providers involved in the delivery of travel services.

22. Complaints

Customers should seek to resolve issues during travel directly with the airline, hotel or other supplier at the earliest opportunity.

Where a matter remains unresolved, customers should notify JFT1 LTD as soon as reasonably practicable.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to admin@justflytravel.co.uk within 28 days of completion of the travel arrangements.

Complaints should include the booking reference, full details of the complaint, supporting documentation and any relevant correspondence.

Failure to notify complaints promptly may affect JFT1 LTD’s ability to investigate the matter.

23. Limitation of Liability

JFT1 LTD arranges travel services through third-party airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers and does not operate airlines, airports, accommodation establishments or other travel facilities.

Except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, JFT1 LTD shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, accommodation providers or other travel suppliers, including schedule changes, flight cancellations, travel disruption, missed connections, customer negligence, failure to obtain required travel documentation, force majeure events or any indirect or consequential loss.

In the event of the financial failure, insolvency, liquidation, administration or cessation of trading of a travel supplier, any liability of JFT1 LTD shall be limited to the extent permitted by law and shall take into account any compensation, reimbursement or recovery available to the customer through ATOL protection, travel insurance, chargeback rights or any other applicable financial protection arrangement.

Subject to any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law, any liability of JFT1 LTD arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to JFT1 LTD in respect of the affected booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact JFT1 LTD and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal.

JFT1 LTD reserves the right to challenge any chargeback where evidence demonstrates that travel services were provided in accordance with the booking agreement or where the transaction is otherwise valid.

Nothing within these Terms affects any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising from these Terms or any booking made with JFT1 LTD.

Nothing within these Terms shall deprive consumers of any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the booking confirmation, any applicable ATOL Certificate and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and JFT1 LTD.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
